A 95-year-old man was found dead in his home in Colesville Monday afternoon, Montgomery County police said Tuesday.
Officers were called to the Randolph Village Senior Living facility the 500 block of Randolph Road after a friend of retired Navy officer Dan Belvin reported that the man had not been heard from. The building's property manager went inside the man's apartment and found his body.
Homicide detectives are conducting a death investigation.
