Frederick County animal control removed 95 dogs were removed from a house in Brunswick, Md., Thursday.

One dog was found dead and another was put down after being examined. The other animals appeared to be suffering from weight loss and skin conditions, officials said.

The animals were taken to a local shelter for evaluation.

Authorities have not decided whether to press charges against the homeowners.

An anonymous tip led animal control officers to the home.
