Five cars were involved in a crash in Silver Spring, Md., Wednesday night.

A pedestrian also was struck in the crash at University Boulevard and East Wayne Avenue.

One car left the scene, Montgomery County police said. Police are looking for a newer model black pickup truck that might have damage to the front passenger side.

The pedestrian and another person were taken to a hospital. One had critical injuries, the other had minor injuries.
