Three people, including two D.C. police officers, were injured when a police cruiser crashed into a driver while responding to a call Saturday evening.
The crash in the 1200 block of Monroe Street, NE. occurred at about 5:13 p.m. while officers were responding to a "priority" call, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
The officers and the other driver were taken to area hospitals, police said. D.C. Fire and EMS said the other driver sustained injuries that were not life-threatening.
