Three teenagers from northern Virginia have been arrested in connection with a gang-related homicide.

The body of 16-year-old Christian Perez, of Lorton, was found last week in a park by police responding to a report of a large fight. He'd suffered blunt force trauma to the head.

Fairfax County police said a 15-year-old suspect was arrested in Woodbridge on Monday and a 16-year-old was arrested in New York City on Friday. Both teens are charged with murder in Perez's death.

In addition, 19-year-old Jorge Albarenga was arrested Wednesday in Harrisonburg, Va. He faces malicious wounding by a mob and gang participation charges.

All three suspects are from the Alexandria area.
