Woman Jailed After Two Killed in Prince George's County Crash

Police say alcohol was a factor

A 30-year-old woman is in custody facing possible drunken driving charges in Prince George's County after police said she killed two men in crash on a local road.

The incident happened just before 11 p.m. Monday in the 10100 block of Riggs Road in Adelphi, Md.

Police said Roy "Alex" Lacayo, 34, of Northeast Washington, and Justo Rosario Jr., 30, of Hyattsville, Md., were involved in a minor accident. The two men got out of their vehicles to exchange information. A woman driving a third vehicle struck them and their cars.

Lacayo, a father of five, was a manager at Jiffy Lube. He was supposed to have attended his daughter's third birthday today.

Rosario, a computer repairman, had moved here from the Dominican Republic as a child and had graduated from Northwestern High School.

Police have not formally charged the female suspect in the case. They have not yet released her identity.
