NOISY LOVER LOSES APPEAL
A British woman lost her appeal Tuesday against a ban on her noisy sex sessions, after a court heard how her marathon romps that kept neighbours awake sounded like someone being murdered.

Caroline and Steve Cartwright's "howling" lovemaking sounded "unnatural", "hysterical" and "like they are both in considerable pain", Newcastle Crown Court in northeast England heard.

A 10-minute recording of their sex sessions was played out in court, which also heard how she tried covering her face with a pillow to muffle her cries of passion. (Yahoo News)

LEVI IS MAJOR PAIN FOR PALIN

Yet more than liberals, Democrats or those who believe in evolution, Levi Johnston has become a constant thorn in the side of Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor who appears to be positioning herself for a run at the Republican presidential nomination in 2012.

The 19-year-old Johnston is a veritable media darling, making routine appearances on various U.S. talk shows to dish constant dirt on his ex-girlfriend's famous family. (Canadian Press)

GW GRAD: THEY MADE ME A WOMANIZING JERK
Freddie Fackelmayer, a 2005 graduate of The George Washington University, wants everyone to know that he’s not a “womanizing jerk.” Fackelmayer just finished up a stint as fake boyfriend to reality television star Whitney Port (pictured) on MTV’s “The City,” a fake show about Port’s real life working in the fashion industry, a career she secured by virtue of being a reality television star. Anyway, Fackelmayer recently granted an interview with the GW Hatchet about how his fake relationship with a reality television star was totally misrepresented on the TV! (NBC Washington)

LOU DOBBS PEACES OUT
Lou Dobbs, the longtime CNN anchor whose anti-immigration views have made him a TV lightning rod, said Wednesday that he is leaving the cable news channel effective immediately.

Sitting before an image of an American flag on his television set, he said “some leaders in media, politics and business have been urging me to go beyond the role here at CNN and to engage in constructive problem solving as well as to contribute positively to the great understanding of the issues of our day.” (MSNBC/NY Times)
