Multimillionaire businesswoman Sheila Johnson had plenty to say at a Tysons Corner women's rally Tuesday about the man she's supporting for Virginia governor -- Republican Bob McDonnell.

The BET co-founder and longtime Democrat's high profile step across party lines has given McDonnell one of his most influential backers, delivering money and prestige.

But Sheila Johnson also delivered  some negative publicity at a recent fundraiser. As she explained why she couldn't support Democrat Creigh Deeds, Johnson mocked the rural lawmaker's halting speaking style, stuttering as she spoke.

Johnson has apologized and had a non-stuttering no comment today when reporters tried to ask questions.
