U.S. Park Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who was struck by several vehicles and killed along the Baltimore-Washington Parkway early Saturday morning.

Police say they don't know why the man was walking along the southbound ramp of the Parkway to New York Avenue at one o'clock in the morning,  but several cars were not able to stop in time and ended up running over him.

All of the drivers remained on the scene afterwards, according to police.

The man is described as a Hispanic male in his mid-thirties.  He is about 5’ to 5’3” tall and weighs about 125 pounds.   He was wearing a white t-shirt with two blue, crossed axes on the front with the words "Semper Paratus” underneath.  The back of the t-shirt says “Royal Ruthlessness.”

He also had some papers on him that indicate he may orginally be from Guatemala.

Anyone who was on the parkway at the time of the accident or who knows anything about the incident or the man, is being asked to call Park Police at (202) 610-8737.
