Person Ejected, Killed in Centreville Crash

A person is dead after being ejected from a car during a crash on Sully Road in Centreville on Wednesday morning.

The crash happened at about 3 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Route 28.

Fairfax County police said there was only one car involved in the crash.

The circumstances leading up to the crash are being investigated.

The incident has caused significant traffic delays. Drivers are urged to avoid the area.
