Dulles Town Center Suspect Identified

A suspect has been identified by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office after officials released a picture of a fight in the return line at the Dulles Town Center Sears.

Officials said a customer made "disparaging remarks" about the staff Sunday while waiting in line at the store. The Loudoun Times-Mirror reported that the comments were "racist" in nature.

According to authorities, another man standing in line took issue with the negative comments, and an argument ensued. Words turned into blows, as the first man threw the other into a clothing rack.

The victim, a 39-year-old man, declined medical attention, but went to the hospital later, where he was treated for serious but not life-threatening injuries.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's office released a picture and described the assailant as 6'3'' tall, with a heavy build, brown hair, and wearing a goatee beard.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said it received 30 calls with information about the suspect.
