A D.C. council member who heads a special investigative committee is demanding answers about missing and incomplete voting results.

Ward 3 Council Member Mary Cheh's staff uncovered several missing or incomplete voting results from several precincts in last week's election, she said.

Cheh is demanding an explanation from Sequoia Voting Systems -- the private firm that supplies voting machines and software to the city.

The D.C. elections in September and February also were marred by errors.

A public hearing on the latest election flaws was scheduled for Friday.
