The NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo is BACK for 2017! Mark your calendars now for the East Coast's largest two-day event devoted to your health.
The 2017 Expo will be held January 7 and 8, 2017, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, 801 Mt Vernon Place NW in Washington.
As always, the Expo will feature two days of healthy fun. Your favorite exhibitors and events will be back, as will your favorite News4 anchors and reporters.
We'll have our Healthy Cooking 4 You stage, our Dancing 4 You stage, the Zumba Zone and the Healthy Kids stage. Two great additions in recent years -- the NBC4 Yoga Weekend and the Healthy Book Festival -- also will be back!
And all events are FREE. We hope to see you at the Expo!
