    NEWSLETTERS

The NBC4 20th Anniversary Health & Fitness Expo will connect participants with leading health experts and NBC4 personalities during the two-day can’t-miss event.

This year, we will present a variety of health forums for people to learn from, ranging from how bullying affects children to how to combat allergies during the upcoming pollen season.

And this year, you can watch these forums LIVE on NBCWashington all weekend long! Join us for live streams starting at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.

Have a few holiday pounds to shed before summer? News4’s Angie Goff will moderate the “How to Lose & Keep it Off” forum with Nike trainer Deanna Jefferson, nutritionist Joy Dubost and Dr. John Dockins, a bariatric surgeon as panelists.

The founder of the National Breast Center, Dr. David Weintritt, will be one of the panelists at the “Women’s Health 101” forum, along with other women’s health experts. During the discussion, Doreen Genztler will moderate a discussion on topics including heart disease, menopause, and breast cancer.

Don’t worry men, we haven’t forgotten about you: Jim Handly will moderate the “Men’s Health 101” forum where there will be an in-depth conversation about prostate cancer, heart disease, and stroke.
