We had a fantastic Day 1 of the NBC4 Health Expo -- and we're gearing up for an even more exciting Day 2!
Join us from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for the D.C. area's largest health festival, with hundreds of screenings and educational events to help you start the year with a focus on your well-being.
We've got a full schedule of great speakers -- including Phaedra Parks from Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," who will appear with her husband, Apollo Nida, at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Plus, we have fun! We have a special Winter Sports Pavilion where you can ice-skate and try out curling. We have the Redskins Health Pavilion and all day soccer and tennis events. Try out a zip line, rock wall climbing and -- for the real macho ones -- the Civilian Military Combine Ultimate Athlete Challenge.
Or hang with NBCWashington at our Social Media booth and get your photo on your choice of cool backgrounds. We'll make it look like you are strolling with the stars of "The Blacklist," singing with the judges of "The Voice" or visiting the beach or underwater!
Plus, more of your favorite News4 personalities will be there Sunday to meet you.
