Cook Up the Health Benefits of Dr. Dae's Sautéed Cabbage

Dr. Dae of Vibrant Living, LLC will be cooking greens for "Getting Lean Eating Vibrant Greens in 2016," on the Cooking Stage at noon on Sunday.

Here's a recipe for Dr. Dae's Sautéed Cabbage:

Makes 6 Servings

1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil

1 head of cabbage, shredded

4 garlic gloves, minced

2 teaspoons of white wine vingear

½ cup of vegetable broth

1 teaspoon of chopped chives

½ teaspoon of cumin

In a large skillet, sauté cabbage in oil for 3 minutes.

Add garlic, vegetable broth, vinegar, chives, and cumin. Cook covered for 10-15 minutes.

Cook time: 13 minutes
