Here's a recipe for Dr. Dae's Sautéed Cabbage:
Makes 6 Servings
1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 head of cabbage, shredded
4 garlic gloves, minced
2 teaspoons of white wine vingear

½ cup of vegetable broth
1 teaspoon of chopped chives
½ teaspoon of cumin
In a large skillet, sauté cabbage in oil for 3 minutes.
Add garlic, vegetable broth, vinegar, chives, and cumin. Cook covered for 10-15 minutes.
