Louis Palmer's solar car needs no gas, only sun, to operate.

A Swiss man traveling around the world recently brought his solar-powered car to Washington.
Louis Palmer's on a mission to show people that there's no need to wait for the future to go green.
As long as the sun shines, Palmer's car runs without a drop of gasoline.
The car can be produced for only $9,000, he said.
