    It's not even Halloween yet, but Americans are already shopping for the holiday season.

    The National Retail Federation said about 40 percent of consumers start their seasonal shopping before Halloween.

    Many experts say outdoor goods, including camping gear, grills and barbecue accessories, are at rock bottom prices right now.

    But Black Friday is still the best time of the year for deep discounts in electronics, a spokesperson for CouponSherpa.com said.
