A Baltimore police officer accused of shooting and killing a man outside a nightclub has turned himself in to police.
Police said Tshamba shot 32-year-old Tyrone Brown, a former Marine, multiple times after a confrontation in an alley on June 5.
Authorities were unsuccessful in negotiating a surrender with Tshamba's attorney Friday evening. Police then authorized officials to look for him and they continued searching for him on Saturday.
Tshamba turned himself in early Sunday morning. He has been charged with first-degree murder.
