Suspended NFL star Michael Vick is back in bankruptcy court in Virginia.

Vick arrived at the Norfolk courthouse Tuesday with his fiancee, Kijafa Frink, for a hearing on his efforts to draft a new bankruptcy plan. Vick is living under home confinement in nearby Hampton.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Frank Santoro rejected Vick's plan in April. Santoro said Vick should sell some of his vehicles and one or both of the expensive homes he wanted to keep. The judge also was concerned that the plan depended on Vick's return to the NFL.

League Commissioner Roger Goodell has not said whether he will lift Vick's suspension.

Vick is under home confinement for the last two months of his sentence for bankrolling a dogfighting ring. He's scheduled to be released from federal custody July 20.
