This December our focus is on positive mental health: how to get healthier and happier, and how to keep it that way.

 

With fewer hours of sunlight, more stress, and lots of pressure, this can be the season of blah's. So this December our focus is on positive mental health: how to get healthier and happier, and how to keep it that way.

We've all heard of the holiday blues. This time of year can be very difficult for many reasons. This year in particular may seem even more difficult as we face tough economic times.

Some days we may want to hide under the covers and not come out. Some days situations may seem hopeless. Some days you may have all you can take. But the important thing is not to let those days overwhelm you.

There is hope and there is happiness. And you can bring them into your life.

So it feels like I lost both of them. I miss them both so much. To simple say surround yourself with friends and family isnt that easy. Most people are delighted with simple thoughtful gifts, like a special snapshot or homemade goodie.
