In addition, a limited-time half-smoke sausage sandwich served on a doughnut, a collaboration with Meats & Foods, will be served starting at lunchtime.

Stop by the patio from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. for grilled options including Red Apron sausages and 38 degree north oysters, burgers, wings and ribs. The party continues at the Opening Day Fest block party with Bluejacket neighbors Hugh & Crye, complete with music, beer, corn hole and a photo booth. For those with Nats tickets, grab a game day to-go box that you can bring into the park! (Yes, outside food is permitted in Nats Park!)

Brookland’s Finest
There’ll be a special home opener menu created by Brookland’s Finest chef Shannan Troncoso. Enjoy an appetizer of meatball sliders served on mini brioche buns for $14, or try the half-smokes dinner special for $20. Test out local ales from DC Brau and Atlas Brew Works with the $8 Ivy City Pinch Hitter beer flight. Order the beer, appetizer and dinner special for a chance to win a raffle for Nats tickets. In its final season, the Bullpen at the Fairgrounds is going all-out for the Nats’ home opener. For two hours before and after the game, expect live music, corn hole and tons of beer. Fans don’t have to trek to the Navy Yard to enjoy ballpark classics this season. City Tap House is serving up ballpark style hot dogs and house-made potato chips all day Thursday as the Nationals play their first home game. Due South will transform the patio at the Arris Apartments for a pop-up beer garden Thursday. From 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. enjoy live music from Sean Chyun and the DCeivers, good food and over eight beers on draft.
