Ingredients:
• 1 lb. quinoa
• 1 tsp. salt
• 3 quarts of water
• 2 tsp. olive oil
Recipe:
1. Add water and salt to the pot and bring to a boil.
2. Add pasta to boiling water and bring back to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes. Remember to constantly stir to prevent sticking and overcooking.
3. Drain, then mix with the olive oil. Ready to serve.
Important Notes:
Gluten-free pasta takes longer to cook and needs a lot more water than regular pasta.
