New food options are being offered on the National Mall, including some healthy options.

The National Park Service says concession provider Guest Services has expanded the choices it offers at six kiosks.

Some new options include gluten-free and vegetarian choices, as well as breakfast items and desserts. Some snack options will include hummus, seasonal fresh fruit, pies and cheesecakes.

In addition to the current offerings, each kiosk will now also have a specialty entree, including hamburgers, pizza, chicken and seafood.

One food station at the Lincoln Memorial will have a specialty burger each month, along with black bean and Boca burgers. Another kiosk at the Lincoln memorial will offer fruit and cheese plates and hummus.

At the National Museum of Natural History, a kiosk will offer specialty barbecue items.
