National Museum of African American History and Culture Passes for July Snapped Up; Here's How Else to Visit

The National Museum of African American History and Culture released timed entry passes for July on Wednesday, but they've all now been snapped up.  

Advance timed passes are released monthly. The passes for July became available at 9 a.m. and were snapped up within hours.

Up to six advanced timed passes can be obtained at a time. Once your order your timed pass, you will receive a confirmation email where you can download your pass. 

The passes are free and may only be obtained through ETIX.

Non-commercial groups of 10 or more (such as schools, nonprofits and families) can schedule their visits up to one year in advance through the website. 

A limited number of walk-up passes are also available weekdays starting at 1 p.m. Same-day timed passes are also available online each day at 6:30 a.m.
