The National Park Service says the National Mall will reopen Wednesday, nearly a week after a historic blizzard closed the malls.

The agency said in a statement that the mall and related memorials will reopen at noon.

Tickets to the Washington Monument will be available at 9 a.m. The first trip up will be at noon, the National Park Service said.

The Ford's Theatre National Historic Site will open at 11:30 a.m.
