He may have left Chicago and taken his show to Connecticut, but "Jerry! Jerry!" will bring some razzle dazzle to the stage when he takes on the role of lawyer Billy Flynn in Broadway's Chicago this month.

Jerry Springer -- the former mayor of Cincinnatti, Dancing with the Stars contestant, host of America's Got Talent, attorney, author, and political reporter and commentator (whew!) -- said he was approached by the shows producers after his stint on ABC's dancing show and was hired before they asked him if he could sing, philly.com reported.

Springer appeared in the London production of Chicago through July 11 and has been advertised as Flynn in the Philadelphia stop on the national tour from September 15 to September 20, according to Broadway.com.

He'll still continue to host The Jerry Springer Show two days a week.
