Report: Stephanie Pratt Given Three Years Probation in DUI Case

Stephanie Pratt has been sentenced to three years of informal probation, People reported.

According to the mag, "The Hills" star must also complete a 12-week alcohol education program, pay a fine and attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings for eight weeks.

She pleaded no contest to one count of misdemeanor "exhibition of speed," with her DUI charges dropped.

However, Stephanie did not attend rehab over her October 18 arrest.

"Ms. Pratt voluntarily sought help from a doctor regarding substance issues but the doctor recommended that she didn't need rehab," her lawyer told the mag.

The reality star was arrested following fellow "Hills" celeb Holly Montag's birthday in Hollywood last year.
