Now anyone can live in Bristol Palin's Arizona home for $1,400 a month.

The Danicing with the Stars contestant just bought her new home in Arizona six months ago for $172,000 in cash, but she's already renting it out, her real estate agent told E! News.

The entertainment site reports that the 20-year-old single mom will be leaving the Grand Canyon State and heading to Los Angeles to film yet another reality show for the Bio Channel, which will feature her 2-year-old son Tripp and brothers Kyle and Christopher Massey.

"She was living in it, I don't know how long, I didn't sell it to her," Nat Martinez of RE/MAX Professionals told E! News. "When I listed the home it was already vacated."

Martinez added it may have been purchased as an investment property.

The 3,900-square-foot, two-level, brown stucco property boasts a tiled roof, landscaped yards and access to a community pool, according to The Associated Press. It was reportedly built four years ago and first sold for $329,560.

But no pets are allowed in the rental, the Tucson Citiizen reports.

Mom Sarah Palin recently bought another house in Arizona last month, so Bristol can always crash there if she needs a place to stay in the state.
