Before he was Don Draper, Jon Hamm was involved with some far racier projects, the "Mad Men" star confessed on "The Late Show With David Letterman" on Friday.

"There's always that fallow period in any actor's life," he explained. "My most proud moment in that phase of my life, I worked behind the camera on some special projects – as a set dresser. So I would move all the props around. It was sort of on the low end of the Hollywood spectrum."

"There's a certain amount of nakedtivity in these, isn't there?" David asked him.
