Reality TV parents Michelle and Bob Duggar changed the name of their TLC show to 19 Kids and Counting this week, and it's all because of little Josie Brooklyn.

Dubbed a "micropreemie," Josie Brooklyn Duggar was born after 25 weeks, reported People magazine. The 19th addition to the Duggar family came last month on Dec. 10, and according to her parents, she's a miracle.

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar feel lucky to have little Josie, who, born early, might have never made it years ago, said the many-times-over dad.

At birth, Josie who was diagnosed with preeclampsia, weighed one pound, six ounces.  Babies born between 22 and 26 weeks are called "extremely premature," according to WebMD. She now weighs just over two pounds, and her parents say she's doing well.

Josie is currently in intensive care at the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Ark., where the Duggars have moved 17 of their 18 other children to be closer to her. Their oldest son Joshua, 21, has started his own family and lives on his own.

They're not sure what to expect, and doctors have cautioned them about the unpredictability of premature babies.

"Doctors tell us, 'never trust a preemie,' because you can't know what is going to happen," Jim Bob Duggar told People. "It is a very day-to-day thing. It is the hardest thing we've ever been through."

Josie's arrival will be part of the latest season of the TLC hit show and air on Jan. 31, and the show will premier a new season in February.
