Michael Grimm’s fairy tale ride continues – he’s scored an album deal with Epic Records.

The newly crowned “America’s Got Talent” winner from Mississippi will release a solo album in March, Epic announced on Wednesday.

Grimm told Entertainment Weekly earlier this month that he hoped winning the NBC talent competition would allow him to “cut the album that I’ve been wanting to cut.”

“[It's] a compilation of my material, my own originals, and we’ll check out a lot of other songs out there,” he said. “But I know the genre, I know the route I want to go on this album, what it looks like, and smells like, and sounds like.”

News of the record deal comes as the soulful crooner is prepping to kick off a 25-city “America’s Got Talent Live” tour this weekend.

Since beating 10-year-old opera phenom Jackie Evancho and other finalist to take the $1 million prize on “Talent,” Grimm received more good news when his longtime girlfriend agreed to marry him on national television.

“I can't imagine myself with anybody else,” Evancho told People mag after Grimm popped the question to her on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
