Usher Still Believes in Love After Divorce

Although Usher and his now-former wife Tameka Foster hit some rough patches that led to their divorce last November, there is one thing they can agree on: their kids.

"We had to put our issues aside and focus on raising them," Usher, 31, recently told People magazine in an interview. "There will never be another mother for my sons, and I'll always be their father."

Both the singer and Foster share custody of their two young sons, Usher V and Naviyd. "Usher [V] is always in everything," he said. "He's an instigator. He's the one who leads his brother astray. I was like that when I was his age."

In contrast, Naviyd follows what his older brother Usher V does. "So if one gets in trouble, the other one does, too," Usher said. "They both have a lot of energy. They can wear me out."

On why his marriage to Foster ended, the singer said: "We're two different people," he says, "and we have two different goals. It just was never going to work out 100 percent."

Still, the singer, who recently released his latest EP, "Versus," told People he still believes in love. "I believe in marriage. When I fall in love again, everyone will know. I'll sing about it."
