    Comedian Lisa Lampanelli has lost over 100 pounds since having gastric-sleeve surgery in April 2012. A hundred pounds! That's an Olsen twin!

    The former "Celebrity Apprentice" contestant told In Touch Weekly that she's gone from 248 pounds to a healthy 142.
