Who Made it to the Top 12 on ‘The Voice'?

It's been a long road and a whole lot of contestants on "The Voice," but we finally reached the first week of live playoffs and, more importantly, the first round of playoff eliminations.

The ranks have now shrunk to 12, and it's a pretty respectable-looking (and sounding) 12, but along with the actual results were two special guests: Michelle Obama and last season's "Voice" winner Sawyer Fredericks.

Obama had filmed a PSA about supporting veterans in honor of a special Veteran's Day edition of the show, and Fredericks was there to perform his latest single. Yes, his hair looked just as luxurious as ever.

But you probably want to know the results, right? Well, each team banded together for group song before hearing their team's results. Here's who ended up moving forward, the first two being voted through by America and the third saved by the coaches:

Team Gwen
Jeffery Austin
Braiden Sunshine
Korin Bukowski

Team Blake
Barrett Baber
Zach Sebaugh
Emily Ann Roberts

Team Pharrell
Madi Davis
Evan McKeel
Mark Hood

Team Adam
Jordan Smith
Shelby Brown
Amy Vachal

Choosing the third finalist seemed like a very fraught decision for each of the coaches, with Adam Levine summing things up perfectly: "Nine seasons and it doesn't get any less sucky."

"The Voice" airs Monday and Tuesday nights at 8/7c on NBC.
