‘The Voice' Coaches Think Christina Aguilera Has ‘the Team to Beat' in Season 10

A female coach has never won "The Voice" – but season 10 could be Christina Aguilera's time to shine.

Aguilera and fellow coaches Blake Shelton, Adam Levine and Pharrell Williams sat down with E! News' Maria Menounos to talk about the return of the original female coach to the roster.

"She has the team to beat right now," Shelton dishes, revealing that he and the other coaches had the opportunity to steal some great singers from her after the battle rounds.

But Aguilera's team is as strong as ever, and she thinks it could be her time to win, too. "I'm really hoping the girl curse will be broken," she says. "It's gotta stop at some point!"

Either way, everyone's happy that the superstar singer has returned to her second home.

"I love her. When she goes and comes back, because we started with her, it's one of those really familiar feelings that we always just get nostalgic about and it's always nice for her to come," Levine says of his opponent's return.

Host Carson Daly tells Menounos that we shouldn't count the guys out just yet, however. "As the producer in me, I have to say, these guys have great teams," he says – but Christina is coming out strong this year. Christina may win it, and it would be great to have our first female win. It would be great."

"The Voice" season 10 premieres tonight at 8 p.m. on NBC.

(E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)
