Rycroft vied for Jason Mesnick's affections during the Season 13 of "The Bachelor." Though she accepted his proposal in the season finale, the business development manager dumped her in front of millions of viewers during the requisite "After the Final Rose" special. He later married runner-up Molly Malaney.

The former Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader was a last-minute replacement for TV host Nancy O'Dell during Season 8 of "Dancing With the Stars." Under partner Tony Dovolani's guidance, Rycroft shimmied her way to a third place finish. When she returned for the "All-Stars" season in 2012, she was again paired with Dovolani. This time, however, they won the coveted Mirror Ball trophy.
