Kelly Osbourne is resting up.
Hours after she was hospitalized Thursday after suffering a medical emergency during a taping of E!'s "Fashion Police," the 28-year-old gave fans an update via Twitter on how she's doing.
And from the sound of it, the gal's in good spirits.

"Thank U all 4 UR beautiful well wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why," she tweeted.
In the wake of the health scare, Osbourne's rep told E! News that the star "was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition," adding that Osbourne "will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure."
