WATCH: Barbra Streisand Sings Duets With Jimmy Fallon, Talks Stage Fright on “The Tonight Show”

“Let’s be honest, you’re never coming back here so this is special,” Fallon said, allowing Streisand to sit at the "Tonight" desk.

On Monday’s episode of “The Tonight Show,” the one and only Barbra Streisand sang a medley of songs with Jimmy Fallon in her first U.S. late-night talk show guest appearance in over 50 years.

Streisand and Fallon sang tunes off of her album “Partners,” the talk show host filling in for duet partners featured on the record. He changed outfits and imitated singers like the late rocker Elvis Presley, country artist Blake Shelton, and crooner Michael Buble.

Then, Fallon had Streisand sit at the “Tonight” desk for her interview.

“Let’s be honest, you’re never coming back here so this is special,” Fallon said.

Then, the legend talked about an experience with stage fright that kept her from performing for many years.

Streisand said that during a performance in Central Park, she “forgot the words to three of my songs. I didn’t sing again for 27 years. I did some fundraisers for charity, though.”

Finally, Streisand ended the show with a rendition of “Come Rain or Come Shine.” Fallon also announced that everyone in the crowd would be receiving a copy of the album.
