‘The Voice' Finale: Could Alisan Porter Give Christina Aguilera Her First Win?

"The Voice" will crown its season 10 winner on Tuesday, May 24 at 9 p.m. on NBC

Ever since Alisan Porter joined Christina Aguilera's "The Voice" team in the season 10 premiere (and was joined by a ton of similarly talented singers), it's been a very, very real possibility that this could be the season a female coach finally wins the show.

And in the final moments of the season 10 finale performance show, Porter brought her coach to tears. After her last remaining singer delivered a particularly moving performance of West Side Story's "Somewhere," Aguilera broke down.

"If anybody deserves to take the cake and be the winner of 'The Voice,' it's you, Alisan," she told the actress-turned-singer (yes, Porter played Curly Sue in the childhood classic). "Thank you so much for trusting me. You're an inspiration for everybody and anybody that literally has a dream and just wants a second chance. You're the definition of The Voice."

Before the phenomenal performance show (seriously, everyone brought their A-game), Aguilera told E! News' Zuri Hall something similar.

"If anybody can do it, it's her," Aguilera gushed, adding, "She knows everything. She's so prepared. She's just amazing. She's got the right attitude, she's in the moment and she's living for everything. She's killing it."

While host Carson Daly admitted to us that he thought Porter had a strong chance to win, there's still a chance Blake Shelton's finalist, Adam Wakefield, Adam Levine's finalist, Laith Al-Saadi, or Pharrell Williams' finalist, Hannah Huston, could take it all.

"It's anybody's race, though," he said. "It's not a foregone conclusion yet."
