Harry Pothead? No way, says agent.

A rep for Daniel Radcliffe is denying allegations that the "Harry Potter" star was seen allegedly getting high recently at a party in North London.

On Friday, British tabloid the Daily Mirror ran a photograph of the 20-year-old actor smoking what they describe as a "spliff." The tabloid goes on to allege that Daniel "could barely stop chuckling," and was allegedly heard saying to fellow partygoers, "I love weed."

But a rep for Hollywood's most famous boy wizard is denying the tabloid's claims.

"We categorically deny the allegations regarding Daniel Radcliffe published in today's Daily Mirror," the actor's rep told People.

"Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this," the rep continued in the statement. "We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations."
