Jessica Simpson may have laid her married life bare on an MTV reality series -- but she's not too happy her sex life with ex John Mayer is being splashed across the tabloids.

The singer told Oprah Winfrey Tuesday she was "angry" her ex Mayer told Playboy magazine about their behavior beneath the sheets, saying it was inappropriate for Mayer to tell the public about their private life.

"There's nothing worse than being disappointed in somebody," People reported Simpson told Winfrey in an interview set to air Wednesday.

"I'm not angry. I'm -- well, I'm a little bit angry," Simpson said.

Mayer told Playboy his love life with Simpson was "crazy. That's all I'll say. It was like napalm, sexual napalm."

"Have you ever been with a girl who just made you want to quit the rest of your life?" he said to Playboy. "That girl, for me, is a drug. And drugs aren't good for you if you do lots of them.

"That girl is like crack cocaine to me," the singer-songwriter said.

Simpson said that even though the remarks were somewhat flattering, Mayer had no business talking her private life up to Playboy.

"I don't want people to know how I am in bed," she told Winfrey. "I mean, I guess I could have been a lot worse."

Mayer also dished to Playboy about another famous ex, Jennifer Aniston, who he said he shared a "deep relationship" with.

"Have you ever loved somebody, loved her completely, but had to end the relationship for life reasons?" he told the magazine. "I'll always be sorry that it didn't last."
