David Arquette is back on the radio with more to share.

The “Scream” star returned to the Howard Stern Show Wednesday for the third time since announcing his split with wife Courteney Cox with another round of painfully honest personal disclosures.

And this time he seemed to get under the skin of the shock jock himself, Usmagazine.com reported.

"Are you having a nervous breakdown?" Stern asked.

"I believe so," Arquette reportedly replied with a raspy voice, adding that “everybody is worried and concerned” about him and that he’s seeing a psychiatrist.

Arquette, who in past conversations with Stern has revealed intimate details of his relationship with Cox and talked about post-breakup trysts, Wednesday copped to bouts of excessive drinking.

"I've been drinking a lot because I'm heartbroken," he said. "It's really a personal, traumatic thing."

The actor went on to describe being drunk at Adam Sandler's Christmas party and calling Tom Cruise “Sean.” While Cruise was “cool” about the mix-up, Arquette said he bailed on the event because he was so embarrassed.

"When I drink, I become a maniac," he explained. "When you wake up and reality hits you, it's hard."

Arquette said he’s now put the bottle down, but he still needs a “mother” figure like Cox or Drew Barrymore, another ex, in his life.

"I know she is with Justin Long and everything, but [how] cool would an Arquette-Barrymore child be?" he said. "From a pure breeding standpoint."

Eek.
