Second Masseur Added to John Travolta Sex Battery Suit

Travolta's rep says second claim "is just as absurd as and ridiculous as the first one."

A second, anonymous masseur with allegations of harassment and sexual battery has been added to the $2 million lawsuit against actor John Travolta.

Travolta's lawyer issued a statement Tuesday afternoon calling the new claim "just as absurd and ridiculous as the first one." The actor had refered to the initial court filing as "a complete fiction."

The second plaintiff, who is represented by the same lawyer as the first accusser, claims to have "substantial documentation and numerous witnesses regarding the substance of Travolta's actions," according to the documents posted online by Radar. "John Doe 2," as he is listed in the filing, claims he did an in-room massage on Travolta at an unspecified resort in Atlanta, Ga. on Jan. 28, 2012.

Previously, Travolta’s rep issued a strongly-worded denial to news outlets after "John Doe 1" masseur claimed in California court documents that Travolta made unwanted advances then verbally abused him after being hired to give the “Pulp Fiction” star a massage.

According to the initial documents posted by TMZ, “John Doe 1” said Travolta exposed himself and groped the masseur inside a bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Jan. 16.

The masseur said in his complaint that he ignored the actor’s advances, and was repeatedly called “selfish” and a “loser” after doing so.

Travolta allegedly paid the masseur $800, double what he was owed, before dropping him off, the court documents said.

Regarding the first allegations, Travolta’s rep said “none of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred.”

“The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie. It is for that reason that the plaintiff hasn't been identified with a name even though it is required to do so," Travolta's statement said. "On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast."

In the amended court document filed Tuesday morning, "John Doe 2" alleges that during the encounter which occured at the Atlanta resort, the "Pulp Fiction" star completely disrobed, asked to be massaged in the buttucks area and continued to make unwanted advances — inculding exposing himself  — to the masseur.

Referencing the location listed in the second masseur's claim, Travolta's lawyer said that it was obvious the plaintiff's representation had "checked media reports that my client was in Atlanta working on a movie."

Travolta's lawyer ended his statement with the following: "Our client will be vindicated in court on both of these absurd charges."
