Andy Dick Charged With Felony Sexual Abuse

The troubled comedian finds himself back in jail

Things aren't looking good for funny-man Andy Dick.

The comedian was arraigned Saturday afternoon and charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse at Cabell County Magistrate Court in West Virginia, according to the Associated Press.

Dick is accused of grabbing a bouncer's crotch and groping a male club goer early Saturday morning at the Rum Runners bar, according to court documents obtained by the AP. Bail was set at $60,000 and Dick is due back in court on Feb. 2 for a preliminary hearing.

The funny man was in town for six weekend performances at the Funny Bone Comedy Club, and a representative from the club told E! Online Dick is still scheduled to perform Saturday evening.

"He had two shows last night and dominated, he was on fire, the best I've ever seen him," the club's manager, Tom Schaefer, told E!.

As of Saturday morning, Dick was in custody at the Western Regional Jail, according to People.

This is not Dick's first run-in with the law -- he is still on probation from a July 2008 arrest stemming from accusations that the 44-year-old actor pulled down the top and exposed the breasts of a teenage girl. He pleaded guilty to drug and battery charges and was able to avoid jail time, according to E!.

In 1999, Dick was arrested for possession of cocaine and marijuana after crashing his car into a telephone pole. He was able to avoid jail time by completing a drug diversion program.

The troubled comedian brought his public battle with drug and alcohol addiction back into the public eye in 2009 on VH1's Sober House with Dr. Drew Pinsky.
