    NBC4 proudly celebrates the diversity of our community by commemorating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. The month of May is designated as a time to recognize, appreciate and celebrate all the contributions of our Asian and Pacific Islander Americans.

    NBC4 has recognized four community leaders for their contributions:

    NBC4 also aired a half-hour special on Sunday, May 14: A Countdown to PyeongChang 2018. Eun Yang and Angie Goff got us ready for the Winter Olympics by giving people a chance to learn about Korea's history and culture.
