Virgin Mobile FreeFest: Robin Thicke, MGMT, Icona Pop Set to Perform

Things are about to get Thicke and perhaps a little blurry in anctipation of the 2013 Virgin Mobile FreeFest, because the lineup for this year's festival has been announced.

Of course, Robin Thicke -- the artist behind the song of the summer, "Blurred Lines"  -- is one of the few big names scheduled to perform Sept. 21 at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Md.

If you're a fan of psychedelic rock or indie rock, you'll appreciate the other big acts like MGMT, Vampire Weekend, The Avett Brothers and Kaskade.

There's also something for the dance floor enthusiasts and guitar lovers out there: Black Joe Lewis, The Knocks, Chvrvhes, Madeon, City and Colour, Ghost Beach, Pretty Lights, Gareth Emry, Little Green Cars, Icona Pop, TJR, Sky Ferreira, Congorock and Manufactured Superstars will hit the main stage.

Tickets for the festival are once again completely free and will be available Aug. 9 starting at noon on ticketfly.com. Attendees are asked to donate $10 to help fight youth homelessness.

Concert goers will also have the opportunity to indulge in Maryland crab cakes, Boardwalk Fries and (shocker) a large selection of beer and cocktails.
