Light City Baltimore, a nine-day free art festival, will return to the Inner Harbor for its second year starting March 31. You'll find 22 large, dazzling light art installations, 50 concerts and 150 performances each night through April 8 from 7 to 11 p.m. Visitors can stroll along the harbor and take in the sights of the massive illuminated sculptures and displays. These colorful installations, video projections and interactive displays are created by artists from all over the world. Last year more than 400,000 people visited Light City Baltimore. According to the project’s website, this is the first large-scale light festival in the United States. Here are some of the installations you may see at this year's festival.
