There's not a problem a DJ can't fix; they can do it in the mix. (Guess those lyrics, anyone?*)
Coming up Saturday, June 22, the Sunkissed Music Festival -- an electronic dance music experience -- is being held "by the beach"... in Frederick, Md.
Yes, you read that correctly. And since Frederick doesn't actually have a beach, Sunkissed is bringing the beach to you with imported sand, lifeguard stands and palm trees.
Bring your sunscreen, glow sticks and beach towels for this all-day music free-for-all. Well, we mean, the music will set you free is what we meant. The festival itself is $40 for general admission and $99 for VIP treatment (premium space by stage).
Artists like Miss Nine and Beltek will perform while a visual light show will illuminate the night. Special effects including nitrogen, confetti, bubbles and scent machines.
The beach "boardwalk" will offer food and beverage stands, temporary tattoos, a glitter booth and all your beach-y needs. (Well, except for an actual ocean.)
