    My Funny Valentine

    Notaviva Vineyards (13274 Sagle Road, Purcellville, Virginia) is providing laughs and liquor for the fourth year in a row at their annual stand-up comedy performance, My Funny Valentine. The Virginia winery combines a variety of wine options with live performances every weekend. This year's headliner is Baltimore native Jason Weems, a semi-finalist on the NBC series "Last Comic Standing."

    Love On The Run

    If you're looking for a way to offset the chocolate and wine this V-Day, look no further. Work up a sweat with your partner at fitness adventure and scavenger hunt Love On The Run (check in at The Ballroom, 5521 Landy Lane, Bethesda, Maryland). Participants who attend this free event have the chance to compete for prizes including a gift card to Whole Foods and more.

    Tango at Philadelphia Museum of Art

    It's 5 o'clock somewhere. Various entertainment acts fill the Great Stair Hall at the Philadelphia Museum of Art (2600 Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia) every Friday from 5 to 8:45 p.m. This Friday, Feb. 13, enjoy a special Valentine's edition of the aptly titled Art After 5. The museum will offer dance lessons centered on the romance and passion of tango. This vibrant take on Valentine's Day can be accompanied by a tasting menu at Granite Hill, and museum members can enjoy a sneak peak of the newest exhibition, "Ink and Gold: Art of the Kano."
